Return Window

You may request a return within 5 days after delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item received is incorrect or defective

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return, except where the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Opened or used perfumes that are not defective

Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a refund or replacement

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

  • Returns must be sent using a trackable courier service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking

Refund Processing Time
